Sounds Good continues the summer season of all day sessions at the Lockside Lounge with resident DJ’s playing out on the terrace and a live art jam from renowned street artists and illustrators Collaberation Nation. In the evening the party moves inside and onto the dancefloor as Paddy Freeform and the ItchySoul DJ’s are joined by 2 special guests, Ollie Seaman and Guille Bonesso from the Warm agency.
Sounds Good have been resident at the Lockside since 2007, now a bi-monthly residency, the early events were sun-splashed summer jams utilising the Lockside Lounge’s huge sun trap terrace overlooking Camden Market and the famous Camden Lock. As the summer rolls around we relish the opportunity to bust some grooves in the sunshine with residents Paddy Freeform, The Itchysoul DJs Matt Young & Alex K, and newest recruit Mudfoot Blaps joined by special guests.
This month we are joined by two of the residents from Warm Music-Warm is a London based DJ agency, management and events company. Established in 2000 the Warm agency is home to some of the world’s finest DJ and production talents. The Warm roster includes; Âme, Dixon, Henrik Schwarz, I:Cube, Horse Meat Disco, The Revenge and Tensnake.
Warm club nights have been a permanent fixture on the London scene for 10 years now and continue to showcase not only artists from the Warm agency, but also other highly regarded DJs and producers from around the world, such as Todd Terje, Steve Bug, Sebo K, Move D and Maurice Fulton. Warm has a monthly residency at Plastic People.
Always innovating, the Sounds Good crew will be bringing a new element to the summer Sessions with live art jams on the terrace curated by the Ghetto Method Collective.
The stunning selection of artists so far has included Sune, Craww, Millerchip, Amy Dover, Chock and the Collaboration Nation team. This month we are proud to welcome back Mr Guy.
Mr Guy joined us last summer and proved such a hit, his live work all sold before he had even finished it! This time he will be joined on the boards by some very special friends.
Music, art, food and drink all under one roof and it’s free before 8pm….Sounds Good!
